Reputation tier vs contract tier
Reputation tier reflects overall standing from fulfillment and compliance signals (V1–V9). Contract tier comes from your agreement and drives commission geometry—they are not interchangeable.
How tiers move
Tiers map from a composite score that changes with tasks, incentives, and policy. The workspace shows your tier, score, and approximate points to the next tier until you cap out.
Promotion task gates
Tasks may publish a minimum V tier. You must be at or above it to accept. Special tasks without an explicit column may still apply a platform default—watch the detail page messaging.
Reputation log
The Global partner workspace lists recorded events with score deltas for transparency. Empty lists simply mean no ingested events yet.
Match priority preview
Explains supplier routing tendency using tier, contract level, and risk signals; region/load features tighten as live signals ship.
Disputes & support
If something looks wrong, contact support or file a ticket with evidence; outcomes follow review and configuration updates.
