First: reputation tier is not contract level
Reputation tier is a dynamic trust level based on promotion quality, fulfillment, compliance, and risk signals. It is shown as V1–V9. Contract level comes from your agreement, such as country master, tier 1, or tier 2, and mainly affects commission structure. In plain terms: contract level says what kind of agent you are; reputation tier says what work the platform is currently comfortable assigning to you.
What the tier affects
Higher tiers usually mean access to more valuable promotion tasks, stronger matching priority, and more stable cooperation rights. The workspace shows your current tier, composite score, and approximate points needed for the next tier. V9 is the highest tier.
Which tasks you can accept
Some promotion tasks require a minimum reputation tier, such as V3 or above. You can only accept the task when your tier meets the requirement. Special tasks may also follow a platform default threshold even when the task page does not show a separate field, so always check the detail page and accept-button hint.
Where to audit score changes
The Global agent workspace keeps a reputation log with score increases, deductions, and risk markers over time. Typical sources include task quality, transaction fulfillment, complaints, violations, and operational review. If the list is empty, it usually means no recordable event has been generated yet, not that the account is broken.
Why match priority matters
Match priority preview explains why the system may rank one agent ahead of another when multiple agents can serve the same supplier or task. It combines reputation tier, contract level, risk status, and future region/load signals. The preview helps explain ranking tendency; final access still follows the task rules shown on the page.
Disputes & support
If a deduction, risk marker, or task restriction looks wrong, contact support or file a ticket with order numbers, chat records, shipping documents, or other fulfillment evidence. The platform will update the record after review; final results follow the audit decision and active configuration.
