• Points rules add promotion-task POINT escrow, shown separately from recharge principal and commission cash wallets.
• Match windows, success close-out, and failure split follow admin configuration; no-acceptance window expiry may refund escrow per policy.
• Global partner workspace plus merchant tasks list show escrow balances and lifecycle state.
• The rules hub uses a version label (e.g. 2026.05) and anchor IDs for traceability.
• Commission and cultivation behavior follows migrations and feature flags; text updates with each batch.

If the UI disagrees with ledger lines, the ledger and support investigation prevail.
