• Points rules add promotion-task POINT escrow, shown separately from recharge principal and commission cash wallets.
• Match windows, success close-out, and failure split follow admin configuration; no-acceptance window expiry may refund escrow per policy.
• Global agent workspace plus merchant tasks list show escrow balances and lifecycle state.
• The rules hub uses a version label (e.g. 2026.05) and anchor IDs for traceability.
• Commission and cultivation policies follow the latest rules in effect on the platform; this text is updated with each release.
